The Black Horse is situated on the road from Wanborough to
Hinton & Bishopstone, close to Callis Hillcross roads.
It commands superb views across the Vale of the White Horse
as far as the cotswolds to the north. Faringdon is beyond to the
east and can be seen on a clear day.
You can expect a friendly Welcome for all the family upon your
visit. Our New Menus and choice of Meals are all prepared on
the premises, Home - Made, Something we pride ourselves on.
Food is served 7 days a week, lunchtime and evenings. Our
Sunday Lunch consists of a traditional Roast Dinner. A choice
of at least 3 Meats including: Roast potatoes, parsnips with
fresh vegetables.
We also have available, Marquees and a Functions Room.
A selection of Buffet Menus to suit any occasion - Large or
Small. Functions such as, Weddings - Christenings - Birthdays
